Made by using SMART POWER special heat treatment technology of high-frequency currents, which ensures optimal hardness of working surface of CV joint (58-60 HRC) with relatively soft core (till 39 HRC)
Production process of CV joints includes selective assembly method: each CV joint consists of carefully chosen balls by size (tolerance - max 0,0001 mm) which ensure equal load distribution on all CV joint components
Ball`s race design , developed by WEEN H&H B.V. Company’s specialists, has elliptic profile which decrease contact pressure, therefore the durability of CV joint can be double increased
Synthesized chrome-molybdenum high-strength alloy ensures high resistance to plastic deformation and wear of CV joints

Advantages
For convenient installation of WEEN CV joints additional sub-parts are included to the kit: protective boot, two snap rings (big and small) for boot fixing, stopper ring and grease. Outer CV joint kit additionally includes fixing nut for wheel hub
